Season 4 of My Question for You: Wisdom for Your Walk continues with a new series: SUITED UP.
After spending our last series, Behind Enemy Lines, learning to recognize the enemy and some of the ways he works, we’re turning our attention to what God has given us to stand against him.
And we’re starting with a passage many of us already know: Ephesians 6 and the armor of God.
You may know the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, the gospel of peace and the sword of the Spirit.
But here’s the question:
Is knowing the armor the same thing as wearing it?
In this first episode of SUITED UP, we’re looking beyond the familiar picture of the armor of God and asking what it actually looks like to live in what God has given us when fear, doubt, temptation, uncertainty and ordinary life come at us.
Because God didn’t tell us there was a spiritual battle and then send us into it unprepared.
